CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — State police say a State College man is facing homicide by vehicle charges for a DUI crash last summer on Route 322 in Centre County. Alexander Hynoski, 19, was arraigned on charges Monday afternoon related to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and unsafe driving. The crash happened in August at the intersection of Mountain Back Road when troopers say Hynoski ran a stop sign and his Subaru crashed into a FedEx truck.
