Lady Gaga sings to Clearfield boy in Philadelphia

CLEARFIELD - A Clearfield County boy diagnosed with rare medical conditions met his idol on Sunday. Owen Zelinski, 12, of Clearfield, had Lady Gaga sing to him at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Owen suffers from a rare form of epilepsy called Dravet syndrome, which causes him to experience frequent catastrophic seizures. He's also been diagnosed with dysgenisis of the corpus callosum, which means the left and right sides of his brain can't communicate with each other.

New details emerge over fatal skydiving accident in Monroe County

WILKES-BARRE (WOLF) — We're learning more about the 74-year-old man from New Jersey who died after a skydiving accident in Monroe County over the weekend. Ed Harney of Paramus, New Jersey died yesterday after he jumped out of a plane to sky dive. We’re told it wasn’t his first time jumping with the Stroudsburg based Sky’s The Limit Center in Monroe County. Close friends of Harney tell FOX56, at 74 years old, Harney spent the warm months skydiving and the winters skiing.

Woman files lawsuit against city, JRA, contractor over 'improper demolition' of property

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — A Pennsylvania woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Johnstown, the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority and the Tyrone-based company G&R Excavating and Demolition after she claims that they "improperly" demolished a warehouse that she owned. According to the lawsuit, filed on behalf of Zipporah Najar, the demolition reportedly took place along the 100 block of Adams Street in February of 2022. Alligator found near Pittsburgh store; 4th found since May

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A baby alligator has been found in the parking lot of a grocery store near Pittsburgh, making it the fourth alligator discovered roaming around the city since May. Shaler Township Police Lt. Dave Banko tells the Tribune Review an employee found the 2-foot-long creature Friday morning near a garbage can at the Giant Eagle grocery store. The police department posted on its Facebook page that reptile's owner should send them a message.

Former Brookville police officer charged, accused of groping woman inside Sheetz

Jefferson Co., PA (WJAC) — State police say a former officer with the Brookville Borough Police Department is facing charges after being accused of groping a woman inside a local Sheetz store earlier this year. According to the affidavit, troopers say the incident occurred in March, at the Brookville Sheetz, when 39-year-old Justin Miller allegedly walked up to a woman, who he reportedly knew through his employment as an officer, and "
