A former Somerset County 911 coordinator, who is accused of multiple child sex crimes, will answer for his charges in county court.
Acting Somerset County District Attorney Molly Metzgar announced Wednesday that all 35 charges against 30-year-old Bradley Lavan have been bound over for court.
Lavan appeared Wednesday before District Judge Kenneth Johnson in Somerset for his preliminary hearing.

JOHNSTOWN- A Patton man is facing charges after being accused of setting up a camera in a public restroom at a job site. Johnstown police said it happened on April 12. Police Detective Brad Christ said Kenneth Haluska was charged after video showed him placing a camera in a porta-potty at a job site on Bridge Street, recording victims inside. PHILADELPHIA (CNN Newsource) — City leaders are condemning one of the groups that took part in Philadelphia's traditional New Year's Day parade.
The reason: Two members of the group wore blackface during the Mummers Parade, which involves thousands of people dressed in costumes.

WILKINSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — Allegheny County and Wilkinsburg police have released surveillance video of two men they believe are connected to a shooting that left a man dead and a 5-year-old boy hurt.
They are asking for the public's help in identifying the men and their vehicle.
According to Allegheny County police, the shooting happened Feb. 3 sometime around 1 p.m. Police say a 23-year-old man was walking with the child near the intersection of Laketon Road and Winston Street when a white four-door sedan, possibly a Toyota, approached them.
