Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Indiana County say a Homer City man was killed Tuesday afternoon in a fatal motorcycle crash in Buffington Township.
According to the coroner's report, the man was identified as 26-year-old Steven McCloskey.
Investigators say McCloskey was reportedly traveling northbound along Route 403, just before 3 p.m., when an SUV crossed into his lane of travel and struck him head-on.
Officials say McCloskey, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — An assistant principal at McAdory Middle School was arrested in connection to a triple homicide that happened in Georgia more than a decade ago.
According to Jefferson County jail records, 45-year-old Keante Harris' was arrested Wednesday and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
ABC 33/40's Georgia affiliate WSB-TV reported that Harris is one of four suspects. According to WSB-TV, in January 2013, a Union City police officer found an abandoned 2010 Dodge Charger along I-85.

KENNEBUNK, Maine (WGME) — A school board chair in Maine has resigned over something she posted on Facebook.
In the controversial comment, Board Chair Erin Nadeau seemed to compare people at a district budget meeting to those at a KKK rally.
On Monday, people packed into an RSU 21 budget meeting, with some hoping to show solidarity.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Governor Bill Lee signed the so-called "abortion trafficking" act into law on Tuesday.
The new law makes it a crime for any adult to recruit, harbor or transport a minor to abort a child or to obtain abortion chemicals for an underage individual without the consent of their parents.
Violation of this law is a Class A misdemeanor with mandatory jail time of 11 months and 29 days.
