A man who went to his workplace and went on a shooting rampage was identified Thursday.

Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz is being charged with two counts of first degree homicide, multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and a firearms charge, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer who describe the shooting as a "horrible tragedy."

The prosecutor claimed that there had been complaints filed about the murder suspect to the owner of Delaware County Linen where five people were shot and two died.

The alleged shooter opened fire at a linen company in Chester, Pennsylvania Wednesday morning.

The 61-year-old first shot a female coworker after both were involved in a verbal dispute, according to Stollsteimer. Rosado-Ruiz left the business and went to his, but returned with a gun "shooting and killing people."

Stollsteimer said he believed the argument wasn't "unusual" since Rosado-Ruiz has "problems with the employees."

My understanding is that he has been complained about by other employees of the business,"said Stollsteimer when asked about the nature of the dispute from a reporter. "I believe there was a meeting of employees with the owner of the business the day before.

Stollsteimer alleged that the suspect "methodically" went around the business as he fired a handgun.

Footage captured the "cold-bloodied" shooting.

Authorities on Wednesday said two people had died from their injuries. Stollsteimer identified the two killed as brothers, Leovanny Peña and Giguenson Peña who are from the Dominican Republic.

The three people who were wounded remain in the hospital - one is listed in critical condition. Stollsteimer said the victim, with the most serious condition, was is "fighting very well."

Rosado-Ruiz's first victim, the woman he argued with, managed to get away and go across the street.

According to Stollsteimer, Rosado-Ruiz tried shooting the woman again as he was fleeing the scene, but he either missed or ran out of ammunition.

The district attorney explained why Rosado-Ruiz was facing a firearm charge even though he was legally in possession of the weapon

"Although he legally possessed the firearm he had with him that he had purchased in 2018, he did not have a license to carry and conceal upon his person. So he had it both in the car and he brought it into the business, illegally, and used it to massacre people," said Stollsteimer.

Stollsteimer added that Rosado-Ruiz didn’t have a criminal history.

The suspect been an employee at the business since 2016.

He's expected to be arraigned later on Thursday.
