Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center recognized their students Thursday morning as they graduated from the school.
200 students in at least eight school districts took part in the ceremony, which took place at People's Natural Gas Park in downtown Johnstown.
Their administrative director, John Augustine, said the administration is proud of its students, as they spent the last three years of their high school career learning a trade as they prepare to enter the workforce or the military.
Augustine said, "All of our students leave here with a career plan to further their career, to further their education or to enter the military. We had our highest group of co-op students this year than we've ever had; we had 32 students out working during their senior year, and that all comes to a celebration today in our event."
JWF founder and 1980 Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center graduate Bill Polacek served as the guest speaker.
